Dear Tom,

Allow me to take this opportunity to update you on the status of several of our joint projects.

I have recently returned from a visit to our SBR WWTP in Bermuda. There is genuinely strong local interest in this plant as I believe it is the first secondary  treatment plant on the island. I am pleased to report that the SSI aeration system of Airflex Tubes and associated blowers are operating as designed.

I have also been in contact with the Supervising Engineer for the owner of our Activated Sludge WWTP servicing the resort in the Dominican Republic. He confirms that the SSI aeration system continues to perform admirably – a claim he admits he cannot make for many of the resort’s other water purification system installed in support of  their marine life attractions.

These reports confirms my confidence in the deign, engineering and product support which I have come to rely on from SSI. The professional abilities of you and your staff help to relieve me of the technical concerns I find to be so typical today with many of our system suppliers.

It is with this strong background of successful  project support from SSI that leads me to affirm our decision in proceeding with the SSI aeration systems for the three municipal wastewater treatment plant projects in the Dominican Republic now beginning construction.

With best regards,

David B. Burgess
Project Engineer
