Re: SSI fine bubble diffusers

We installed over a thousand SSI 9 fine bubble disk diffusers in 1997
and are still operating with the original membranes. Since installing
the diffusers, the plant has met its effluent requirements and we are
thoroughly satisfied with the aeration system applied by SSI. We are
going to replace the 30-year-old blowers this year with high efficiency
single stage blowers, however we have no plans to change the
diffusers or membranes at this time.

The Ford Road WWTP serves a population of 13,000 and is rated for 3,6 MGD.
