System Design
SSI is a full service diffuser manufacturer and technical partner. We have significant technical capabilities including 2D and 3D drafting, biological simulation with Biowin™ software, CFD mixing simulation, FEM analysis of severe duty applications, Seismic calculations, buoyancy calculations, heat transfer calculations, and benchmarking. We provide laboratory services for analysis of pilot tested diffuser samples against control samples, forensic analysis of failures, clean and process water oxygen transfer efficiency testing, and headloss testing.
As a mature company where the founding partners are involved in the day to day business of the company, there is a tremendous depth of knowledge and experience in SSI. We put this experience and knowledge to work, together with modern simulation tools and the highest quality innovative products, to provide you with the greatest probability for a successful installation for many, many years to come.
We maintain a staff of 15 mechanical engineers who provide rapid turnaround on requests for quote, including layout drawings, a detailed scope of supply and a calculation sheet for every offer.
