System Installation

SSI has a crew of experienced installers who carry all necessary liability insurance and OSHA certificates, and we bring our own equipment. We work quickly, neatly, and professional results are guaranteed.

Startup & Commissioning

SSI can be contracted to provide startup and commissioning services for your plant around the globe. We maintain a staff of experienced technicians who will get your aeration system up and running, and who can sign off on a successful installation to be covered under warranty. Technicians are also available for supervision of troubleshooting and repairs.

Staff Training

Modern fine bubble aeration systems often have controls and cleaning systems built-in. It is a good idea, especially for a large plant, or a plant treating aggressive wastewater, to contract SSI for staff training. SSI will develop your team with the knowledge to understand how and when to clean and maintain your diffusers, what methods would be most successful and economical at your site, and also provide operating tips.

Maintenance

Fine bubble diffusers may require maintenance, which can include cleaning, leak repair, changing gaskets/O-rings, expansion joints, clamps or membranes. There are systems that are fixed to the tank floor, retrievable systems, municipal systems and industrial systems. There are systems that can be drained, and those best served by specialized divers. It is our pleasure to assist you to recommend the best course of action for an aeration system in need of maintenance.

Warranty

In the rare case of a serious problem with an SSI aeration system during the first years of its life, SSI will send an Engineer to the jobsite from the factory to determine the cause of failure, and recommend a course of corrective action. Review our warranty page for more information.
